Amigo, with all due respect that is coffee with a shot of Irish whiskey added. Begora it is not Irish coffee mind you.

So if get some coffee from Manolos and add a wee dram of Irish whiskey from my flask, that is not making Irish coffee?
No that is having a cup of coffee with a shot of Irish whiskey. There a a lot of recipes out there just google "Irish Coffee" and you will most likely not find a single one that says take a cup of coffee and add a shot of Irish whiskey. Hell, Irish Coffee is not even served in a coffee cup.
Only Irish coffee provides in a single glass all four
essential food groups:
alcohol, caffeine, sugar and fat.Your version lacks two essential food groups. Notice the word glass not cup.
