OK, Now I'm a little confused... not the first time... BUT: We just went through 5 pages of comments based on the above link submitted by Admin1 (very first post on Page 1).

Paco, that was a year ago, and I believe it was about HLH reinstating the VIP $46/hour rate that they had dropped after reopening from being shut down in the Barrio Amon MP "raids" of August '08. HLH closed for a month to install the required handicapped accessibility features as well as to remodel the normal session rooms, and when they reopened they no longer had the VIP discount, due to fears about possible legal ramifications of it. Those subsided, and the discount was soon brought back, thus that link doesn't work anymore.

The links are a little screwed up I'll re do the Little Havana Discount tomorrow and link it as there seems to be some confusion on the current discount.

You bring up an excellent point on short trips or "weekenders". I just can't do SJO for more than 2-3 days, the gulch is just a cesspool and by the end of day 2 or 3, I'm ready to go.

So, if I was asked whether I'd stay at HLH for a week, I'd say yes if you had a suite but I don't see a week in the $99 rooms

wanted to update some info on HLH , I was in on sat (2/6) and found about 25 girls maybe more could of been a few in the rooms ....many new hot ones having fun .....seen maybe 2 who should of been cleaning girls but overall the best line up I saw all weekend ....just finished a little spinner on 6th street so didnt pull the trigger but let tell you ...it was a fun hour in the place !!!

i am going to have to stop by and check it out

Cleaning girls can have potential. I was going to proposition my maid at my hotel but she was so sweet I was afraid of having her cross herself and run away screaming. She had such a nice smile and did such a good job on my room. I tipped her decently, although I had indecent thoughts.

I'm all that with Brother Jawanker's post--most of the hotel workers do a good job and with a smile, fixing up our messy nests, for chump-change money. Differently-moralled as I may be, I don't mess with the (relatively) unspoiled...Their sisters, maybe.

I’m a solid newbie. New to the board, new to CR and new to modern day mongering (spent all of the 80‘s in the Navy and mongered all over Asia back in the day). Decided to come out of retirement and have landed on SJ as the place to re-break my cherry.

Been lurking around the board for a couple of days and found this to be the Wikipedia for all things CR and hobby related. Great job guys! Expect my VIP card request in the morning.

On to my questions.

I have read all the questions about the $25 chicas rate related to the room class -- that was a very funny read by the way. I get it… book a min three nights at any room level and with the CRT VIP card you get the pleasure of a chica for an hour for $25.

In Admin 1’s post back on 11/15/09, he stated that the deal was extended through the end of the year. So the question I have is the deal still good in March 2010?

Another question is about the taxis to HLH. What’s the deal? Besides the fare, what are they due from HLH? Do they get some sort of commission from every place they drop you or any girl they drop you near? What’s the best dodge on the extra fee? Totally lost on this one guys.

Last question. Normally I don’t have the need, but since I plan on getting my new hobby on hard for about a week, I’m going to want some help. Any you guys have a reliable, and quick, place online to get the little blue buddy?

I have never stayed but at $99 per room, every chica you session with knocks $20 of your room rate. But, that is the only place you have that option so you're kind of limited to the selection they have on hand. Other MP's run 18K ($33), some are a bit cheaper. For an one night, jump in the deepend, and have an orgy, I can see the value. Also, I would expect the propina request to be loud, like being stranded on an iceberg of horny, hungry seals.

No real extras, you pay a surcharge at night bcs it is at night. Daytime you should get red taxis and they run the meter. The chica and the taxi are unassociated.
