Damn, I'm having a dilema. My long time favorita, who I have been estranged from so to speak, just sent me a text message on my cell phone. I'm trying to resist to urge to call and get something going with her again. I made the mistake of text messaging her the other night for a favor in San Jose. This chick frustrated me to no end. Not all the time. She was actually a good friend for a long time. Never could figure her out and she left me hanging quite a few times. My story is strange though. She is Colombiana and a 10. Whatever your type I think you would agree. She lives differently and dresses and acts differently from most of the girls. I stayed in her apartment once and got a little view into her life. The thing is, even though I always paid and there weren't many freebies, she never worked me for money. In fact, she missed out on quite a few $$'s by doing dumb things at the time. Missed two photo shoots I had set up for some promotions for my business. Left me waiting countless times while I was in San Jose. And I explained to her very thouroughly that I when I am in the city I have a purpose in mind and don't want to wait around. Told her many times, "just tell me if you can't come by, no problem" . I have a lot of stress in my business and don't like to waste time when I get to the city. I'm trying to resist the urge, but she is crack for me, and I've only been clean and sober of her for 2 1/2 months. Maybe I should have a sponsor like in the 12 steps program. Somebody talk me through it. PLEASE

Just say NO!!! These girls are pros...and know how to USE it. "never gonna lose it...I cant refuse it" (from an old Doobies Bros song). I have found pros...especially 10 colombianas...to be the most confusing and frustrating types to hang with relationally. As you have already found...they have NO respect for your time or responsibilities...yet never come out and just say no. If it's crack cocaine to you...then you just have to cut it off "Cold Turkey"...or perhaps be stuck with the habit until it does more financial or emotional damage. Find a nice GFE...plenty here...and hold on to it. Just my 2 colones worth...

Just out of curiousity, what's her first name? I know a Colombian that is a 10 as well.

As for advice....you need to remember who is the Gringo and who is the hooker here. It's your cake and if she wants to eat, she has to play by the rules. And one of those is respect for your time.

Well, she text messaged me again and she was just asking about something other than hooking up. Never, ever, have considered any of these girls novias. But, she was a friend for a good while and went out of her way to do some things for me. And in four years never asked for money other than when we hooked up. I'm a hard, cold guy. I just got frustrated trying to figure her out. I would have been totally satisfied if she had been the typical chica working me for money. So, I wasn't her boyfriend and she wasn't looking to score all that much cash. Go figure. Had a great idea recently. Gonna start a finishing school for these girls. Oh, I figured out things for me in the last few months. And every guy can probably relate to this at some point. I don't take phone numbers and call any of the girls anymore. That only leads to frustration. She's going to be late, she's not going to show up, she's going to call you later, blah, blah, blah. I'm not very patient. Now, I just take them on site. No planning. I know that one of my favorites will always be in certain places at certain times and I find her if I want her. Takes a lot of the hassle away.
