on one of my several trips to the Asia,saw a sign for rates for a "normal" room for $16 a night, if my interpitation is correct. course, how would you get any rest in there?

Has anybody yet found out which hotel this is? The construction should be finished by now...but then again this is Costa Rica. Just wondering...
