For example, if I lived in New Hampshire, and had a username NhDean, I would go to the PM section (it is not a booth), and search out a username, once again for example, Varmint. Search comes up empty. So I might choose it because I am.

Well, you can choose another handle and it will automatically change everywhere here except in quoted sections or inside linked posts. I believe I'm correct. I know at least 2 Brothers who have changed (no names given by me, of course).
