i have just obtained an abagado to document and i am going to be administered a lie detector test. i was took a total of $640 my signature was forged and this makes me sick it was too much of an inconvience for CV and BOA to read . Prolijo summed my emails up into one that proves my point. yes i will be spending some money to get things on the up and up. i have also contacted BOA and will be closing all my accts with them and going to another bank to do my banking. thanks for taking the time to read yet another useless post

Florida....I can't seem to find the post where you explain what happened to you. It appears that Tony at Casa V screwed you out of money by forging your name and BOA wouldn't help you. If this is the case,I suggest you go directly to the National fraud department of BOA. I had a check for a lot of money that I ent to a Mutual company,which was cashed by some thief at another bank. The Fraud Dept followed up and the other bank made the check good. Also I've known Tony for a long time,and I am surprised that he would do something like that. Tell us more.

it was not Tony he was caught in the middle , i have an email with my sig forged and prolijo put all my emails that i sent to him and summed it up on one it is not the money, it is the principle of things. i am an honest man , i am a Billy Joel song aint too pretty aint too proud might be a little bit too loud which i am at times and probably the asshole american do not mean any disrespect to others , i have been misread my entire life. i have been accused of things and back stabbed to no end. i do not feel like i deserve it i know most peoples problems are brought on them selfs well i am tired of being screwed . i paid the $640 just to get it off my mind.

hmm sounds like rambling from an acid trip gone bad....

Halloween Trip? Wait to you read my report sometime over this next weekend. I've been busy with work and will need at least 2 hours to put this one together. Some what funny, but can only refer it to the movie, "The Money Pit". Unless Florida wants to start the report early. Hint, It deals with lots of water, Ticas, a jacuzi and a grand finale crash that I'm sure woke up half of San Jose Monday night and that was only 1/2 of it.

Hey Guys, I for one would love to hear more about the latest Sosua trip and the latest Halloween trip.

Going to check out for a while, trying to decide between SJO, CR and Sosua, DR for the next 2 months.

We had more than 9 communications with BOA. This matter was dealt with thoroughly by two separate departments and the investigation dragged out over nearly 8 months.

There was no forgery involved. This is just one in a series of bizarre and baseless accusations. WTF? The only signature on the receipt was my own. This client also claimed to have a witness and as all of you know that have followed this little charade, there has been no witness forthcoming. The main reason he lost is because his story kept changing and it was clear to investigators that he was gaming the system.

The only witness to come forward was Pac55 who experienced first hand the sort of shenanigans that this particular client became known for.

BOA found that there was no merit to this particular client’s argument. Given the fact that the burden of proof belong to us on this matter we are pleased with the result in spite of the fact that they granted him a $250 refund that he did not deserve.

We are very pleased to not have to deal with people like this any longer. Most of you guys are great and some I call my personal friends. However, there are a hand full of bad apples among the CRT brotherhood that make everyone look bad. This particular client falls into that category.

The client is right about one thing, “The Drama Continues”. This particular individual appears to be addicted to the drama. As stated, we are so pleased to not have to deal with this individual any longer.
