I live in a National League city and thus don't follow the junior circuit. I'll say this--You don't want to miss a minute of the World Series this year. And I'd say that even if the Dodgers were in it. Gonna be a serious scrap. Might be a hoot seeing the Yankroid pitchers at the plate--OTOH, at least Cliff Lee could make a living as a hitter (2 hits and a stolen base).

congrats to the phils and their fans. you guys showed you are the champions.
hate how my dodgers played, or seemed to freeze in the bright lights again.
we are in need of a solid ace which philly has and we could have had in lee.
that and some balls
still a good nucleus and if mccourt is forced to sell to say eli mcbroad in a divorce fire sale it could be good.
so good luck philly you will need it against the yanks. should be a good series. im calling yanks in 5

I'm not ballsy enough to try to call the series--maybe I should try some maca. I'm guessing it's vs. the Yankees (who aren't really) barring a miracle comeback by yet another California team. I want a 7 game series of close, tight games to really prove who's best...and then the Phillies winning. Call me " Homer"...
