Less than one week after returning from my latest sojourn in SJ, I'm sitting here thinking that real life sucks! I know I'm not saying anything overly surprising to most of the vets, but I'm looking at no more vacation time for 2009. I hit a strip club last night, & most of the girls there held no interest for me, aside from a couple of Asian girls.

Yes, I'm pining for the chicas of CR. I may have to just bite the bullet & take a couple of days off with no pay just to go back before xmas.

Newbies, take note: once you visit CR, you'll keep going back over & over & over....

Rant over...thanks for your attention.
I use my trips to Rio and Costa Rica as a goal to work hard and make myself do the over time. I am on the road working most of the time. I save mucho per deim for my trips. I had some young guys I work with ask me to go drinking and clubbing. I told them no thanks I am saving money. They laughed and said your not going to get laid by staying in the hotel room. I said thats what you guys think.

I did about 45 days in the GTA (Toronto) not long ago. I had a great time at the Nudie bars. Million Dollar, CBall, and others. Got laid in there for a good price. Then did some Asian incall places. I did a few 3somes with them. Then I went to the Jack Shacks and saw some solid 10s working there. IMHO it is not a bad scene in Canada. It is no Rio or Costa. But I did get laid often. And the Locals were very cool with me but I did hand out the payroll. EHHHH. One question, WTF Gravy on French Fries?

Hey, it could be worse, you could be in Quebec & eating cheese curds on top of that! (poutine)

I go back to work tonight and for the first time in about 18 months I don't have an upcoming trip booked to look forward to.

Once I get back on the overtime gravy train and undo the financial damage I just did, I'm so going on another trip.

Until then, I have my memories, some lube and a left fist that has no quit in it.

Doesn't help when the temperature's dropping fast in our neck of the woods, either, K-man.

This trip, I hooked up with a Tica who's moving to Toronto next month. I'm hoping I see her soon after she gets here but before she becomes contaminated. :?

This weather is BS, since when did summer go straight into winter, did I miss all of fall?

If you want a good influence for your Tica, I'll be happy to help ya out and play guard dog while she's in the big smoke

If she wants to make money, I can always use more Spanish tutoring....

Dude, you were in MDE for most of fall

She actually has a job here...to be honest, she wouldn't be my first choice of Ticas to move here. It probably won't go anywhere.

Brown gravy on French Fries is common in NJ. I prefer them with skins-on and au jus to dip. But think about it--many folks put gravy on mashed potatoes so what's the difference?

Little confused here Brother Nhhank--I thought I was leading folks to a new and amusing gustatorial experience. Evidently I was committing some gross breach of protocol?

Question fellas...

Since November of 2008, I have been in CR 3 times. My fourth is November 12th. Clearly I was hooked. I've got some girls that I'm trying to date here in the states. Women that would be considered "normal" and good people. Problem, I'm more enthusiastic for my next trip November 12th!!!! There is a stripper that I've got a shot with, but even she doesn't intrigue me. (Great rack, 20 years old, pretty) She seems cold and not sexy. Oh, she can dance, but she's really not doing it for me. The thought has crossed my mind that perhaps I'm so spoiled with CR that reality is no longer satisfying. So I've come to the conclusion that I have to settle down for about 6 months and do what normal people do...date a civilian. This is not to say that I don't enjoy women here in the states. They are good. But I feel like I just discovered Morton's Steakhouse and don't feel like going to McDonalds anymore.

My question- Will staying away from CR normalize me again or will I have significant withdrawal????

Perhaps I should have done a separate post but I ended up thinking on this thread....

Fuckthatshit...

Just do both.. Nothing wrong with having a few FWB's or even more serious girls and still going to CR...

CR isn't just about hooking up with chicks you know that, its complete freedom.

Who knows, if you don't travel to CR because you feel that's "doing the right thing" it might make you resent her, who knows...

I say do both motherfucker... 8)

Besides the overwhelming addiction to mongering, I think it helps us keep things straight with all women. Women become people and their p$ssy is no longer worshipped, as they would like it to be.

I don't think you will ever be able to use the word normal again. :D Once a girl starts some typical chica BS, you will be online booking a ticket to CR, calling your favorite hotel, and dialing chicas numbers with your Skype account.

In some ways, CR (or mongering) becomes our new reality.

And I may be reading more into it than is there, but I do believe they consider the basis of the lies to be justified."

Gotta agree with Cujo. CR is freedom and fun but you gotta have things cool back home as well. Mortons and McDonalds, to use you examples, can co-exist. I dare say it is healthier, especially with you so keen on the former, than going exclusively with the latter.

But everyone is wired differently so who is to say if you select one way you will be "normalized" vs going through withdrawal?
