Yeah, I was thinking the same as Thirdworld. I've stayed at the Dunn Inn previously and that is a seriously skillful balancing act to run a "mixed" hotel especially one that's a smaller venue. Maybe more advertising in European-oriented pubs/ sites but I don't want to be there when some tight-ass Gringa goes ballistic. Sure don't mean to be negative here but often reality plays its own game.

We are geting about a 50/50 mix but it is trending towards mongers since I started . So far no problems. Guys bring girls in and to the bar and restaurant all the time. Girls are no allowed to independently work the bar so that solves most of the problems. The casino and lounge will have girls working the room. Our staff is comletely ok with girls coming in as guests, they know it is part of our business. Several of the ex HLH current SL girls have been in and out with CRTers all week during the day and they seem comfortable. If we have a guest complain, I will handle it. We have made a full committment to the CRT marketplace as our key client base. The CRT guys that are typically at our place are very laid back types and not playing grab ass in the bar or asking the girls to dance naked in public etc.

Great stay there bk. thanks for everything. had a bit of a problem withthe bill. When checking in i asked the price total for each night per room. with discount applied i was told 60.00 per room per night. 3 nights two rooms at 60.00 per night was 360.00 at checkout i asked for the the amount that would be chanrged to my card and it came to 397. or something like that. i did have two beers and a water. but that only came out to like 5 dollars. When i explaind that 60 dollars a night , two beers and a water didnt comwe out to 397 dollars. she said it was because of teh exchange rate. I said i didnt ask her the price in colones. lol . and the rate hasnt changed that much in two days. i then asked her to do the math again. she came out with 385.00. i then exlained that 60..00 per night and the minibar doesnt comeout to that. and asked her what exchaneg rate she quoted me the other day and what she was using in her math. she didnt answer me and redid the math again and came out with 365. the correct amount. Im confused. are they using different rates for quoting the room rate in us. than what they actually charge? Not sure if i was out of line or not. The girl was very very nice and friendly and wasnt put off at all. Overall the stay was great and will stay there again. i also know that its not that much 3560. to 397. but 47 dollars is 47 dollars. hehehehe.

The exchange rate had nothing to do with it, we stay at the exact bank rate and do not take a margin from guests. She probably made a calculation mistake and when you asked got flustered and in typical Tica fashion blamed it on the exchange rate.

Boyd I got a tour thurs the 8 by one off your maids the King Rooms looked great. Nice bar can 2 girls be brought inn at the same time? Just wondering can allways do doubles at the MP. Good luck with your venture

Lol, Brother NHhank was seen sporting several the other night. It is possible however that it took two to hold him up to get him to the room.
