The point of all this, is that you can not be certain that a MP, or the Del Rey took all the necessary precautions and it certainly doe not absolve you from a problem if you get caught unaware. Use common sense, if she seems too young or the id does not look like her or seems counterfeit or altered then avoid.

Just to update and repeat a little, the guy is not a CRT poster or lurker, though some CRT guys know him. He lives in San Jose and had no travel plans, so that wasn't really a problem. No charges were filed against him so it appears he will not have any further BS on this, though I am no expert on the way things are handled by police and courts.

I was tempted to post when I heard the place was back open for business, but didn't bother. HOWEVER, a very reliable source tells me that not only is the place back open for business, but that the und***ge girl who was at the center of the shitstorm is back working there again.

Moral of the story, do not think that even being busted will make these places be sure their girls are of legal age. If you like to live dangerously, go ahead and assume the owners are taking care of the age thing. A decades long prison sentence in Costa Rica should be enough living dangerously for anybody.

Did your reliable source tell you her name or offer any description? I'm sure not ALL the girls are und***ge and in fact most aren't and it would be a shame to have to avoid a place with such an otherwise fine reputation just because one of the girls who works there and who may not even be the one you would want to session with any way happens to be working there. OTOH, it wouldn't be so great either being there if another raid goes down and they catch an und***ge girl on the premises even if you were doing your own business with a perfectly legal girl in a different room.

I am not going to get into an arguement about this because i do not know anything for an absolute fact, but the story I got from several people was a lot different from what has been posted here. The fact that he was NOT CHARGED tends to support the story I got. I do know the chica in question and have seen her ID. I am not an authority on valid or fake IDs but if her's is fake , it sure looks real in every way. AND ACCORDING TO HER CEDULA (ADULT CEDULA) SHE IS 18!!! The story I got was that a customer got into a fight with a chica and He called the police and reported that there was an und***ge chica there. Police came, took in a couple of chicas that were a little questionable and a gringo that was with one of them to investigate and validate the chicas age. ALL PERSONS WERE RELEASED WITH NO CHARGES!!! The place (SAN) was back open within hours and all chicas were back!! I do find it hard to beleive that if there had actually been an und***ge chica working there, that she would not be gone and the MP would not have been closed for a lot more than a few hours.

I also find several of the comments that have been made here quite amusing, stupid, and showing of a lot of ignorance of the facts about how MPs work here. The idea that the mps do not care if the chica is und***ge is totally ridiculous. The owners have an investment and are in business to make money; and they KNOW the laws and know that they would be closed down if caught with an und***ge chica working there. Sure, over the years chicas have slipped thru the barriers but it is a very rare thing from what i have seen over many years. Actually several years ago 2 of our most popular MP chicas started out while und***ge (and many of our members experienced their pron star skills without knowing!!!)

All this said, I am sure that there is a chance of an owner being willing to take the risk, but I am confidant that it is a rare thing here. I will guarrentee you that i have seen a LOT MORE und***ge chicas working in the REY and even a few in the SL than I have ever seen in the MPs. The REY guards do not really care, do not check the cedulas that close, and the REY is not going to be closed if a und***ge chica happens to slip thru. many of the young chicas have an older sister, a cousin or even a friend that they look a lot alike and have no trouble getting in using their cedula. I even took my ex favorita's cedula away from a und***ge chica in the REY one night about 3 years ago; AND THEY DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING ALIKE!!! Again one of the most popular chicas to ever "work" in SJ did so for almost 3 years before turning 18 and many,many of our members enjoyed her pleasures. Her picture was even posted while a minor.

Once again the story I got from several sources was: A gringo got into a fight with a chica at SAN (not one of the 2 that the police questioned). The guy (that called the police) was NOT Bilko's friend. The police raided the place because of the vindiative phone call. NO one was charged with anything because NO CHICA was actually und***ge. Bilko's friend was apparently the innocent bystander that got caught in the problems cause by another mad and wanting to get even, gringo!! From what I can determine the chica in question is guilty of nothing and there should be NO problem with a guy sessioning with her. NOW ALL THIS SAID, I was not there so do not know anything to be a fact, but my info comes from several independant sources and all tell the same story. AND ONCE AGAIN, SINCE NO CHARGES WERE FILED AND SAN WAS NOT CLOSED, I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THE POLICE CAUGHT THE GUY WITH A CHICA THAT PROVED TO BE und***ge. JMHO
