I'll miss that back bar. I don't play poker, although I have been known to play poke-her. :twisted:

It is ok the back bar is now on the side of the room and you can sit at the bar and turn around and the traffic is CRAZY if you know what I mean..
Enjoy Life///

The Colonial has been running their sports book in a clandestine manner since they Govrnmrnt shut them down in 2004 as ID pointed out. However,they will soon be opening their sports book in the Sleep Inn Casino. It will be out in the open. I have no knowledge of any laws being changed. i guess they just decided that they won't be bothered this time around.

Vegas Bob;

Is the Colonial casino going to use the majority of the Sleep inn casino
for this sports book- with a large number of LCD television for mulitple events? If they go into it whole heartedly maybe they can give Morazan
some serious competition?
I think is would be neat if they could pull off a mini version of panama's veneto sports book- with tv's/ food/beer etc.
fred757 :shock:

Hello Vegas Bob;

Did this Sports /race book in the non-smoking Sleep Inn casino ever kick off on time? just curious. have not been back since May.

I could be wrong but I don't think they take bets on horse racing. unlike the Morazon they do NOT televise racing.
