I have never stayed at SL but have visited a few times. I am looking for a quieter area of the Hotel, any recommendations would be appreciated.

The clubhouse section is as quiet as it gets. It is the furthest from the bar and far enough away from the reception desk to be quiet. The only thing you gonna hear is the headboard banging or the chicas screaming in the next room.

When I stayed in the Mono Room (mansion wing) in June, I never heard anything. Plus dvd player plays music through the stereo speakers so you can pretty much eliminate any noise.

The room just across from the Mono seems as though it would be equally quiet. I just don't remember the name of it.

I just stayed in the modern wing for 4 days... split time between 2 rooms. Just switched over to Hotel Dunn Inn and really surprised. huge upgrade comfort wise, beds, pillows are better quality. Finnally a nice nite of sleep.
They need to upgrade the beds, pillows, linens, towels etc.
