I agree with El Viejo this is indeed a very sad situation and one that should not be butt of malicious jokes. From what has been leaked by the media Caster Semenya was born looking, upon visual inspection, female. Testing has shown that she lacks ovaries and a womb but has hidden testes which give her an elevated level, for a female, of testosterone.

I think she deserves some sympathy rather then scorn.
