All,

A couple of "up and coming" places (pun intended) are Germany (recently legalized prostitution) and Krakow, Poland.

Krakow Poland is supposed to be "off the hook". I haven't been there but some of my Brit friends that "hobby" said it's awesome. Krakow is trying to fill the void and be the next Amsterdam.

Amsterdam is on the down swing. The religious right has taken over parliment/city council there and has been slowly but surely pushing their values down everyones throuts. They have started buying up windows so the girls have no place to work. Police in the red light district IN FORCE hassling the girls and the mongerers. Banned mushrooms (though it's been apealed to supreme court). Have not issued a new coffee house permit in years. Passed a law that coffee houses can't sell alcohol. Smoking tobacco is not allowed in any bar now or for that matter coffee houses (that one is funny, europeons smoke their MJ with tobacco, only westerners smoke it straight) . You get the idea. This is why I am going to come check out CR.
