For those of you who have been around for a while,I'm sure you remember Gabriella. She was the lady that up till 4 years ago,ran the Hotel and bar operations.(hard to believe that it's been 4 years) After a dispute with John she was let go. In some people's minds the place has never been the same. Well she is back as of yesterday. I,along with a friend,spoke to her and she asked us to let her know if we saw anything that should be improved in the hotel. WOW that's the first hint of customer service that I've seen at the DR. it will be interesting to see how she interacts with Bob,who was hired to run the place. They were last seen going to lunch togather yesterday.

is that why they have the new policies at HDR now about the thicky thick chicas to put it in a nice way there?

She was also one of the biggest pains in the asses on alot of common sense easy to fix problems which is why she finally got whacked. Too bad.
