This is not a business or for profit venture. I am simply offering the bro's a great place to stay, at a very reasonable price while the apartment is vacant anyway.

I am not trying to compete with the "for profit" lodging operators in Medellin and trust they will understand that sometimes bro's try to help bro's. (And at the same time, defray the cost of living. )

I can vouch that this is a great apartment. A block or so from the Mansion, I had some much more in this apartment than what I would have gotten at the mansion for the price that I paid. Security was cool also at the door for when I needed anything. I highly recommend this place, if my humble words mean anything to anyone!
