Last time I was there after paying, get this , $100 for a girl from the Monkey Bar, the girl told me that she lived in San Pedro and needed taxi money, $50. So, I gave 50K colones. But then she said she needed to stop and get something to eat on the way home, after all, we spent almost 30 minutes together, $20. So, I gave her 20K colones. Then she mentioned something about changing her clothes so her sister wouldn't know what she was doing and it was customary for her one and only lover to chip in, $75. So I gave her 75K colones. Does that seem right to you, $75 for clothes? I think she took advantage of me! How much does a change of clothes cost (in dollars please, I am not good with colones)? I'd see her again but I am a little suspicious about where she shops for clothes.

Well Dean, you know that you ALWAYS get what you pay for. Don't sweat the money you spent for the best 30 minutes of your life? Yes, $75 is quite a lot for clothing, but since you want to always treat the women with respect an affection, it's just a drop in the bucket. And taxis to San Pedro can be very expensive. So don't sweat the cash outlay.


BTW, I hope you will open your heart and your wallet when the RFM (Request From Monger) comes in your e-mail. These women have so many problemos that it's not even funny.

For one thing, although cancer is very inexpensive to cure in the Turd World, the local people seem to develop this life-threatening disease far more often than we, the wealthy and priviledged. I have heard of nearly a dozen cases of working girls whose mothers or fathers have been afflicted. Fortunately, it only costs $300.00 to cure cancer in Costa Rica....so call Western Union and send her that cash! The life you save may be hers. And, as we all know from long experience, when you return to Costa Rica, both she and her recently-cured mother will both give you sexo caliente (that's "quality sex" in English) free of charge. So consider it a downpayment on sexual bliss.

She was actually 34. I know because I checked her ID. These young ones try to fool you with that wrinkly, baggy upper arm skin just dangling around and flapping in the wind. Boy, how do you know all these things? We should start a new topic called "Dear Dr. El Ciego" so we can have a resource to help us with our questions. Speaking of resources, I have received some emails from her but she just tells me thanks and that I am very special. I am not sure why. Hilarious! I wrote something along those lines, then deleted it, because I didn't want to scare the newbie. No Mo, you don't have to buy drinks or pay for anyone's room. Unless of course, you want to do so.

And yeah Dean... I am now something like 9 days and a wake-up away from traveling and yes...50% of my stuff is packed. I know I'm obsessing... I had this great dream just before waking up.

Mucho Gusto and I were in the boarding lounge, waiting to board a flight to C.R. This is weird, because MG and I live 1600 miles apart and use different airports. Anyway, we board the full plane; he goes up to First Class, and I get sandwiched back in the cheap seats between two immensely fat gringas. It is only as the plane is taxiing down the runway that I realize that I forgot my suitcases at home. I check for my passport and CRT card, and finding both was relieved. I don' need no stinking luggage..... Then I woke up with a stiffie.

Any dream interpreters out there?
