MG is correct. Any of those three are foo foo fodder, and Ticas like Baileys.


My foo foos are white russians, and are made with Kahlua (only the real stuff), vokda, and half and half. I will probably host a foo foo party or two. Problem is, that once people start drinking them, they don't stop. I tend to run out of all 3 essential ingredients, so any of them are welcome. You can't buy half and half in CR, so I tend to smuggle a few quarts in my suitcase, but can only bring so many. Kahlua seems to be available only in the duty free store at SJO. So I've taken to recruiting fellow putos to bring both half and half from the US and Kahlua from duty free. It sounds like a pain, but white russians do make for a festive get together.

And am I the only one reading that last post with a sense of surrealism with the coughing and hacking actually typed in. I mean, I know that's exactly how it would sound on the phone, but typing your hacking now?

It really gives me the sense of being there though, you're really stepping up the realism in your writing.
