I just exchanged a few emails with Nixon at Clarion and he quoted me $75 for a standard room and $95 for a Jr. Suite. From what I read, I thought the VIP rates were $55 and $75 respectively. Did this change?
I also read about the bk rumors.

Any insight?

That was a May-June special rate, the regular VIP rates are what Nixon gave you.
