I am a veteran of SE Asia but this is my first trip to SJO so I am really looking forward to it. Got a room at the Amistad and got the VIP discount so now I am looking for a few good vets willing to drink with me on Thursday and show me the ropes.

Have a great time. As a veteran of mongering in SEA, you'll see that CR is much different, but it's still a great place to monger. Please make sure to post a trip report when you return from your trip. It's interesting to see guys comparing CR to other destinations that they've mongered in.
