HenryDosGringos rant was in response to my posting, in answer to a question, that I was not sure he was still in business seeing as how he left a client stranded in Jaco. Henry vehemently denied that but lo and behold the client he stranded confirmed the fact later in the thread.

I simply questioned why Orange felt it necessary to put an extraneous comment about ICE when asking a question about the possibility of competing cell phone service. He related the tale of woe of his sister-in-law who I still contend has to be the unluckiest ICE customer around.

For the record neither of those threads were in the smack talk section.

You have not a clue, or does anyone other then Squidface and myself, as to the origin of our exchange.

As an aspiring cub reporter you of all should learn to check the facts and verify before publishing.

Don't you get it? It's the principal of the whole issue. Several people are now sueing KFC in California trying to get class action status. I've also spoke with several attorney's here about the issue, once class action is approved millions will jump on board.

There must be some deeper issues here that I'm not privy to--Why the opprobrium heaped on a woman who as far as I know, hasn't hurt directly or indirectly anybody here? Is the problem that she is a successful Black woman?. So is Condoleeza Rice but she doesn't generate the hate the Oprah does. Is it because she's a successful Black woman in show business who controls every aspect of her professional life? So is Beyonce Knowles but again sans hate. So what exactly is it? Anybody got a cogent answer? I didn't think so. Smack Talk Section or no, I don't think this verbal vomit has a place here.

Jazz it has nothing to do with color or that she's successful. She hasn't helped any African Americans here that I know of, but she'll build a school in a foriegn country for black girls but won't drop a dime in the USA. She's a discrace to every black man and woman in the USA. Yes, she has lots of money and can spend it anyway she wants to but it would be nice to give back on local turf. I didn't like her before the KFC incident and this only adds to my sentiment. It's only my opinion. YMMV

The suit was filed by James Asanuma and Veronica Mora who are seeking class-action status for the lawsuit they filed in Los Angeles. The suit names parent Yum Brands along with KFC.
