Has anyone else had problems getting a response from Wendy or Maria concerning reservations.

I had sent mutiple e-mails over the last three or four days with no response. I realize that the country basicly closes during the Christmas/New year Holiday, but that should be long over.

Thanks :(

Dekalb,

I don't know what to tell you, bro... I sent them an email yesterday and got a response within 10 minutes. Atleast be aware that no, they are not out for the holidays. Someone is very much checking and responding to emails.

They didn't respond to my reservation request either so Sportsman's Lodge is now at the top of my list.

Edit: They just now responded and the Junior Suites are unavailable from 3-10 Feb. They didn't suggest other size rooms though so it's not looking good for the Presidente this trip.

Dekalb,

Maybe the reason I got such a quick response is because I typed my message in Spanish. Maybe you can do the same to see if this helps. I don't know if this is the reason for no response, but anything is worth a shot at this point. If you don't know how to type in Spanish or don't have access to translating software, just pm me your message and I'll pm you the translated version.

Good luck,

Ruffnutz

I can say that I have not had any issues getting a response from Wendy or Maria.

I always send emails in English and haven't had a problem.

Just heard back from the GM on this issue, seems Racsa had a Spam issue which overloaded their storage of Emails and unfortunately many did not get though. They have installed a new email program and hopefully they will be able to handle all of your request in a very timely fashion.
