Travelzoo sent me that email about 8pm on Tuesday except for Tampa to Madrid. Most of the dates I plugged in worked out to be $212 round trip including all taxes and fees through Delta (Thursdays and Fridays in August were a lot more). The odd thing to me was it had a layover in Atlanta, and if I changed the departure from Tampa to Atlanta it would cost more.
