When will the Free Night(s) show up in my Priority Club Rewards account?

How do I redeem Free Night(s)?

Am I required to use my Free Night at the same hotel that I earned it?
No. Your free night can be used at any hotel, regardless of the location or brand that you earned it (excluding hotels in Japan). (i.e. You can stay 2 nights at a Crowne Plaza and use your 1 Free Night at a Holiday Inn and vice versa.).
Do Free Night(s) expire?
Yes. The Free Night(s) may be used through 26 December 2009.
Where can I use a Free Night?

Can you use a Free Night on an existing reservations?

Can I use more than one Free Night on consecutive dates under one reservation?

Can I cancel a Free Night reservation?
Upon completion of the booking process, Free Nights are considered used and cannot be modified. Cancellation of booking results in forfeiture of the earned Free Night(s).
Do I earn Priority Club points on Free Night(s) stayed?
No.
Am I earning toward Priority Club Elite Status?
Free Night(s) are not considered Qualifying Nights therefore will not count toward Elite Status.
Will my Free Night(s) count toward Priority Club Ambassador status?
No.
What happens to my Free Night(s) if I don’t use them by 26 December 2009?
As of 27 December 2009, any unused Free Night(s) will be forfeited.
