Base and Elite Priority Club points will not be earned from the date of registration in this promotion through 3 July 2009. Members will resume earning base and Elite Priority Club points after 3 July 2009.

Once I earn my maximum 4 Free Nights, do I start earning base and Elite Priority Club points?

When will the Free Night(s) show up in my Priority Club Rewards account?
Free Night(s) will credit to a member's account within 3–5 days after the second qualifying night posts to the member's Priority Club Rewards account. Members may begin using Free Night(s) after 23 May 2009.

How do I redeem Free Night(s)?
Free Night(s) may be redeemed only at priorityclub.com/bookfreenights at any participating IHG hotel for stay dates between 3 July 2009 and 26 December 2009. Members may begin redeeming Free Night(s) after 23 May 2009.

Am I required to use my Free Night at the same hotel that I earned it?
No. Your free night can be used at any hotel, regardless of the location or brand that you earned it (excluding hotels in Japan). (i.e. You can stay 2 nights at a Crowne Plaza and use your 1 Free Night at a Holiday Inn and vice versa.).

Do Free Night(s) expire?
Yes. The Free Night(s) may be used through 26 December 2009.

Where can I use a Free Night?
Free nights may be used at one of over 4,000 IHG hotels around the world. Hotels in Japan are not participating.

Can you use a Free Night on an existing reservations?
Free Night(s) may be redeemed only at priorityclub.com/bookfreenights after 23 May 2009. Members may cancel an existing reservation and re-book using a Free Night, however, cancellation fees and availability restrictions may apply.

Can I use more than one Free Night on consecutive dates under one reservation?
Yes. Once a member has earned Free Night(s), he or she may redeem them separately on different stays or consecutively for an entire stay.

Can I use my Free Night(s) in conjunction with paid nights?
Yes. Free Night(s) may be used with paid nights. However Free Night(s) must be booked under a separate reservation number than your paid nights.

Can I use my Free Night(s) without a paid night?
Yes.

Is it possible to upgrade my Free Night(s)?
Upgrades on Free Night(s) are not available.

Can someone else use my Free Night(s)?
Free Night(s) are non-transferable.

Can I cancel a Free Night reservation?
Upon completion of the booking process, Free Nights are considered used and cannot be modified. Cancellation of booking results in forfeiture of the earned Free Night(s).

Do I earn Priority Club points on Free Night(s) stayed?
No.

Am I earning toward Priority Club Elite Status?
Free Night(s) are not considered Qualifying Nights therefore will not count toward Elite Status.

Will my Free Night(s) count toward Priority Club Ambassador status?

What happens to my Free Night(s) if I don’t use them by 26 December 2009?
As of 27 December 2009, any unused Free Night(s) will be forfeited.
