Well, I booked transportation services from SJO to my hotel for next week through Dosgringos site, and just read what happened, then found out the services are no more....

Am I out the $30 buxs I paypaled?

I have not received a response from Henry or anyone since my initial booking. You think it's time to file a complain with Paypal and try to get my money back?

Although they are no longer a sponsor, I would wait a few more days to allow them to either honor your request / trip or if no confirmation or response is forthcoming or no refund is provided.

Than and only then would I request the dispute with Pay Pal give them the opportunity to respond...

As a merchant chargeback requests and subsquesnt investigations are a real pain in the ass so at least give them the opportunity to respond to whether they will honor your trip or refund your fees paid.

MAKE SURE YOU EMAIL THEM to see if they are going to honor your trip there was nothing mentioned with regards to them not honoring previous bookings.

You cannot file a complaint before the fact. If you go to CR and they don't show up, you can file it then.

If they have any honor as a business, they will show up to get you.

And if they don't show, just take a taxi and then file a complaint with Paypal.

i can either refund your payment asap or you can simply wait until you arrive and frank will be there to take you to your hotel per my instructions...

30 dollars to go to downtown San Jose? How much are the legit taxis charging nowadays?
