I just booked a flight, but have never been before and am trying to decide whether to stay at SL, HLH or Castillo? 47 yrs old, don't know any Espanol, hope to learn a little but could use someone to show me around. Thanks.

Mustava,

I would recommend staying at LaAmistad. I have stayed there 3 times in the past and it's a very good hotel with a great atmosphere. I also think that SL would be a very good choice too.

I should be there during the days that you're going to be there and I'd be glad to show you around. I am fairly new to this site, but I've been to CR 15+ times in the past.

Me and my rookie friend will be at amistad 26th June - 3rd July. I am around your age and will be glad to team up. This is my third trip so I know little bit around SJ. Forming a group is always better for action. Get a room at amistad if available. Let me know your thought.

I'll be there June 24-29th. Staying at the LaAmistad. Let me know if you want to meet up. 39 yrs old. Been to CR about 6 times.

Sportmens, you will end up there for the action anyway. Great place to stay especially for your first trip. :wink:

Agreed been there 3 times and looking forward to SL where the action is close... (July 2-6)
