Brother DiegoC offers an interesting question which only a competent lawyer can answer but some observations: (1) Do you want to enter this business with La Rodent waiting in the wings?; (2) Who do you grease that stays greased?--You'll please excuse these cynical NJ-guy questions. But hey if you go forward even as a broker, be sure to let Brother BB57 do the quality control, OK?
