And what time does it open? Can you order drinks to your room 24/7?

Yes it closes at 12. No you cannot order drinks to your room 24/7. I'm not sure what time it opens because I never get up before 11. It has always been open then. :D

It closes at 12 and the noise ceases. Thank goodness.

It opens for breakfast, self serve, about 8 AM with the cook arriving about 9 AM for breakfast to order.

No 24 hour a day service or drinks.

Remember, many of the guests at SL are "of an advanced age". This means dinner is the early bird special and after Matlock on the TV they are ready to be put to bed!

More realistically, there several rooms near the bar so for the consideration of all of the guests, the bar closes "early".

There are always the HDR and Key Largo, just a short 500 colone taxi ride away, where you can party 'till sunrise if you like.

You can come and go to/from SL all night if you like.

I always swing by Duty Free at the airport on the way in to grab a couple of bottles of Rum and Vodka.

Pretty cool that they let you buy booze on the way into the country.

Love that Flor De Cana Ron! :D
