Ok I will try again as the first attempt timed out and I lost my work. I write this with a few drinks under my belt so please dont edit for grammer. First I believe that in an open forum everyone should be able to express their true feelings without criticism (damn tom please get spell check). We take the good with the bad and can only improve our service with honest criticism. While we may not like what is written at times we need to listen. We sell over a thousand rooms per month. We are human, to error is human to forgive is divine. Mr Fenderhh is correct in his review in stating that it is an inside room, it is smaller than our other penthouses and can be noisy depending on who is in the hotel. It is also why it is lower priced than the other penthouses. Myself and our staff stive to provide excellent service in every way. In the future please bring to our attention any problems that you encounter during your visit and we will do everything in our power to correct the problem. I have discussed the problem with Mr Fenderhh and we have come to a solution putting this forum to a close. When in doubt shout it out and we will listen. Yeah, Matt has been known to clean out a mini fridge beer supply pretty damn quick... although his quasi father in law can keep up with him pretty good too..

I don't know what you guys are complaining about, I seem to always have an extra 6-pack of Imperial in my fridge and I don't know what the hell I'd do about it if it wasn't for us sitting around talking to Matt for a while.

I consider it a great kindness and service that he helps us get rid of the stuff before we leave. Otherwise it would have gone to waste.

I do not know about you but I only blink once and he drained all the cold CORONA beer. Blinked again and then he started on my just purchased warm CORONA beer. He knows where the good stuff is at.
