Uses the Term "Propel". That being the case conventional sex between adults is illegal once the offending guy gets a nutt. Last time I checked we still "Propel" at the end of our magnificent act of Glory.

This bill actually came from a couple of instances where people "propelled" bodily fluids at another while loudly proclaiming they were HIV positive, hence the "dangerous" bodily fluids reference. Has nothing to do with consensual sex acts. Facial away! :lol:

You're right, MG. And if you really miss those Oregon girls, just go to a really cheap MP where they have biiiiiig bovines, dress one in a flannel shirt and a pair of Oshkoshs and go to town. Make sure you tell her to whine about everything, make disgusting noises at inappropriate times and not to shave anything. When you can't stand it any longer, pay her $500 and make sure she complains about it!
