Here is the deal...

I moved in on a week to week basis on the beach in Miami with a chick that is Bi. She likes to party (drink, celebrate, etc., etc.).

As a minimalist, someone who tries to avoid materialist sh*t, i can pretty much get everything important into my Porche, assuming I had a Porch, or the Metro rail, which is my normal form of trans besides foot power.\

As I am wanted in various states and a participant in the witsec that is a good thing. (just kidding, not)

I checked into a cool house on the beach (think pension) for the last couple of weeks with possibility to stay over into '05.

The lady who manages the beach house in Miami which includes 2 two bedrooms and an efficiency is going to bat for me with the owner (female) as I write this. To close the deal the door is closed and the two of them are in the bedroom doing?

My question is should I join them in the (oh I am hearing moaning and screams from the living room) action or stay here in front of my hot spotted lap top thinking of cr in 2 days?

Oh by the way I have already decided that if I return from CR and Nicaragua in January I am going to move to NW7th street and 57th Ave near the Latin district in MIA where it is as hot as it is in CR, etc. etc. etc.

I promise to write and plan to open the Park Hotel Norte with all the rides for yous guys...

Ok this is night two at the beach and after posting for a solid day of making calls and closing deals, which did seem to be an optional forget about it until next year thing, last evening...

Tonight Genevive, from paris france is coming over. This chick gets more P*ssy that I do.

Holly Sh*t Batman I have seen Genevive before and this is a must do so I am drinking cold beer and grilling fresh fish. They are talking about me on the phone now and it sounds like a 3 some in the making.

I am leaving to SJO Friday for more than 2 weeks including a trip to Nicaragua along the way.

One of my favorites from Nica who I met when she was 19 is meeting me at the airport in SJO when I touch down. She is 25 now but still hangs with 3F. Lucky me.

We are traveling together for the duration and volunteers to be my Nica guide for the Nica excursion.

But back to Geneveve and my bi rooomate who is a hotty too.

I may stay here when I get back on the 3rd. I was planning on moving to NW7 street and 57 avenue in MIA in '05 but the beach is pretty cool too.

Gotta go toss the fish on the Barbie.
