She's 19 , nicaraguan nice tight little body i pay her 5k colonnes to clean my 2br house, 5 hours of work. What should i offer her? 10k? 20K? more?

You will probably offend her if you offer her money to start. be very nice to her. Always ask her about her family and buy a small gift for her " in appreciation for her hard work ". Be patient, nice and respectful and you will have a good chance.

She should do you for free as you are over paying her. My novia pays her maid 5k for 8 hours.

I have a female friend who works as a maid. She is from Nicaragua and doesn't have her working papers. She works for one family 12 hour days , 6 days a week and earns 40k colones a month.

Now im in trouble, she came early this morning and brought her 18-19 year old sister to help also! Their mom cleans the house next door at the same time ( i live in a condo complex ) i told mommy i thought her daughters were very beautiful and asked if they had boyfriends. She just giggled and walked away , maybe next monday i can get a 3some ... we will see.
