The teams that don't want Terrell Owens
By MJD

Terrell Owens is still technically the property of the Dallas Cowboys, so it would be against league rules for other teams to go on record as saying they are or aren't interesting in acquiring his services (though that hasn't stopped the Redskins).

ProFootballTalk.com, though, is keeping a list of teams that have made it known to them through "league sources" that they have no interest in Owens. As of right now, that list includes:

The Dallas Cowboys.
The New York Giants.
The Washington Redskins.
The Baltimore Ravens.
The San Francisco 49ers.
The Minnesota Vikings.
The Atlanta Falcons.
The Cleveland Browns.
The San Diego Chargers.
The Philadelphia Eagles.
The New York Jets.
The Tennessee Titans.
The St. Louis Rams.
The New Orleans Saints.
The Houston Texans.
The Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Miami Dolphins.

No real surprises there, except maybe a couple of mild ones. The Redskins are always worth mentioning whenever an expensive free agent is available, and the Vikings wanted T.J. Houshmandzadeh badly, but whiffed. I guess they're only in the market for sane receivers.

That list contains 17 teams. Does that mean there are 15 teams that have either an interest in TO or at a minimum have not ruled out the possibility of acquiring him. :?:

Professional athletes, for the most part, are the same as hookers. It's all about the money.

Have you lived in upstate New York in December-January? If not, you really should reserve commenting (even though we know you won't). :P

I lived in Toronto for January/February one year. Does that qualify? If not does my time in Thule, Greenland give me some credibility that I not only can spell snow I know what it is.

All that aside what does it have to do with my comment that pro athletes will play anywhere if the money is right?

Glad he's finally in the AFC. Time to take some licks from that crowd...

You know exactly what I meant... But I appreciate you counting all my posts. Do you track them in a spreadsheet on a weekly basis? :P

See you also are good at dodging the question. Still think it was "an interesting comment" based on the source.

Not only the weather, a boring town, and a bad team. Oh boy, this is a recipe for disaster. He's been a problem, a whiner, a crybaby, and a locker room cancer on good teams, one went to the Superbowl, one was predicted to go and was a playoff contender, the other a playoff contender. Imagine him now on a crappy team where he is the only star and the team really has no prospects :?: :?: :?: Should be a circus. Happily, I don't think Buffalo is on many nationally televised games but we'll sure hear about him anyway.

Continue ID & Orange.....but seriously, how do you find out how many times he posts in a day or a week :?:
