If you insult someone in jest or not in a language they don't speak, are they truly insulted? For example if you don't understand Japanese and I called you an "akachibe saru", are you hurt? Not that I would do such a thing...

Oh, I "got it" alright and all along. I guess y'all just didn't get me. I was just teasing back a little by referencing to BB's and my earlier comments about using such insults ONLY with REALLY close friends who KNOW you're just joking or REALLY bad enemies who know you REALLY mean it. I'm just glad to know we're all such REALLY good friends ... we REALLY are, aren't we?
