What are some Hotels within walking distance of the Del Rey? I like the ones without Chicka Fees. I liked the Presedente but tye bumped their standard room up to 100 bucks. I was looking for something more in the niehborhood of $70 to $75. HELP....

Any of the CRT sponsor hotels in SJ are within walking distance of HDR (during the day). During the night, take a taxi.

Since you are a CRT VIP the discounts that you can receive will easily pay for your membership by staying at one of the sponsor hotels. Read the reviews, check the websites and see which one will fill the bill for you. You can't go wrong!

Amistad is a CRT sponsor. Definately in your price range.A very short walk to Del Rey, Sportsmans, or HLH.At night take a cab though. A good policy in all of San Jose.

You can beat the Morazon for location. The hotel looks like a dump but the rooms are ok. No chica fee, only 1 computer that is usually down, only 1 elevator and it usually breaks down at a couple of hours a day. the resturant sucks and forget about room service. But there are plenty of resturants nearby and BTW your remote control WILL NOT WORK. Also this fourth of july water was off for 30 hours. But for some crazy reason I enjoy staying here.
