What room are you? I will see you tomorrow - landing at 2. How was the ride to the hotel?

More than likely, he is referring to the normal American " Happy Hour" time of day. i.e. 4:30ish pm- 6:30ish pm, or the 5:00 cocktail hour.
I also inadvertantly use that phrase a lot myself, when referring to that time of day.

I believe the SL does have an official "Happy Hour", with drink specials on Thursdays and Fridays. Or maybe they used to, anyway. I'm sure someone can chime in with current info.

Typically, it is easy to create a fun "Happy Hour" at the SL, any time of the day.
