Very true. So lets let this thread die until B of A makes a decision. Then let Florida or Casa Vino, which ever one feels vindicated by the decision, post the final outcome.

Off course that assumes B of A survives long enough to make a decision. :lol:

:D it amazes me that i have been prozen guilty :!: also one threating pm from a member that said a few things and then called me a cheap phuck :shock: which i did respond back with offer of sending emails that would coolaberate what i posted about :D proff is in the pudding :D yeah boa might no longer be in business. so think what you want to think :!: oh yeah when are going to see the honeymoon pictures :D :twisted: :lol: :lol:

Little paranoid there Florida. I suggested since you have disputed the charges with Bank of America they, in time, will render a decision and then the prevailing party whether it be CV or you should post the results. Easy solution that brings things to an end.

Florida, I read your post and felt sorry for you. Then I read Casa Vino's and it had a ring of truth. But, after Pac came on line with his version I have decided that his statement and Casa Vino's prevail for the moment. This is not a final judgement on my part, but, readers of this board are pretty good at reading between the lines.

Hey guys, are there any other hotels in San Jose besides Casa Vino offering the Florida Discount? :P

In the end all that matters is the receipt for the cash transaction.

I have a copy, Florida has a copy. Emails are meaningless.

I am no longer involved in Casa Vino. I hope the Owner does not cave in to these tactics. He is the one that is being hurt by this. The whole thing is unfortunate and unnecessary.
