Can anyone suggest a clean tica friendly hotel in Jaco?

I have already been there this month and the hotel where we stayed were a-holes about bringing ticas to the room.

That hotel was Mango Mar on the beach. This place didn't even change the sheets one time and I was there 3 days  . I would NOT recommend this place.

Thanks in advance!

NOTE: if you enter hotelcopacabana, you get one in Mexico. Just sayin...

They're all Tica-friendly--the woman at the front desk is probably a Tica and she's friendly. Oh, wait a minute, you meant Chica-friendly. Never mind.

I have been to Jaco and stayed at Cocal all three times. I like the poolside room. Considering Copacabana this next time due to the chica scene, but am not sure it is worth a hotel downgrade. Has anyone been to both Coal and Copabana and can give their opinion?

The Cocal and Copacabana run a bit more than the 3 options we are looking at,

http://www.blue-palms.net

http://www.estrellamar.com

Looks like Blue palms is decent, especially for the price. Claritas has the decent bar that chica's are at, and Estrellmar is similar. Looks like none have a gym(I like the one at SL).
I got a wing man on this trip. We figure if we save bucks on the Jaco part of the trip we can split a room here at one of these.
All three are Chica friendly I think

Anyone have a strong opinion on one of these 3?
