They're saying on another board that there has been another shootum up episode at the DR in the last couple of weeks at the DR. I know that there was one a month ago while I was down there. Is this newest episode in fact true?

I have not seen or heard anything to confirm that there has been another incident. My guess is that someone is behind the times and reporting old news. We all know that CRT is the most up to date and accurate board for Costa Rica.
