Steve is exactly correct. A friend of mine works for Denny's inspecting their restaurants for compliance with Denny's specification. His territory includes Costa Rica so he comes here 3 times a year and inspects the restaurant. Almost all there food is shipped in from the Denny's warehouse in Orlando so the quality and taste are the same as in the states. All there managers were trained at the Denny's on Bird Road and 87th Avenue in Miami.
PS: They are going to open a second one in the new casino next to the Hampton Inn & Hampton Suites at the airport.
