Get a email confirmation with the room name you are staying in because they love to play musical rooms there. it happened to me 3 times. so that the last time i'm staying there. it's a cool place to hang out and drink and watch sports but there service sucks. i called in july to book my room for thanksgiving week and i asked to stay in one room for my whole stay. and was told i would when i checked in that saturday they still made no mention of moving. it wasn't unitl i got back from a miserable 4 in 1 tour that i got told i had to move. it totally sucks when that happens. My mistake was i trusted them over them phone. i should've gotten an email confirm. a friend of mine was down same time last year and they were going to kick him out the second to last day of his trip. they had him in the book wrong and they kept saying he made the mistake. luckily he had an email confirmatiopn with the exact dates. then they had no choice but to admit they were wrong. unfortunatly the other guy that thought he had the room was left to go find another hotel
