I have to say that when i was there this weekend i had the chance to hear afew guys bitching, but not for long. They realized they were in The CR and it was time for Gentlemen Start Your Engines.

What really has been irrating is the fact that these newbie's are so quick to fork over there cash with out even trying to barter down the price. I must have told 10 newbie's if i told one to negiciate in Colones not dollars and 20 mil was a place to start.

I agree with only one exception...I think 20 mil is the place to finish...not the place to start!

haha Yeah Viente Mil is a good place to hear a cheerful ci. I did my best to pass the word, and think I got thru to a couple guys, it felt good to help a bro out.

I want to say that of the CRT dudes I hung with, the bitching was not really an issue, everybody wanted to brag on their latest conquest =D

The bitching & obnoxiousness I came across came from the random gringos that crossed my path, and most of those guys were pretty all right as well. Somebody has to be Eyore I guess :/

Hey brother its a good thing our paths did'nt cross over the Halloween bash. I'm currently going thru the big D now. I would'nt say that I was crying about it or trying to bring the group down but it definately was a topic with other board members.

You're right but it extends to more than just women. I've been down here 5 years and everytime I'm in the Del Rey I hear ex-pats bitching about everything going on in Costa Rica. Prices, girls, it's not as cheap as it used to be.
