After years of agony reading the wonderful adventures of others on CRT, I am proud to annouce LC will be going to CR. I will be staying in the New Wing - Jr. Suite at the SL. Anyone that will be in town during this time please let me know. I will be taking the morning direct flight out of Houston IAH.

Although I am booked at the SL, I did inquire into availability at the Prez. I was really wanting to find a hotel that had a jacuzzi room. The pres. said they have the spa rooms available during the time I am there. I am considering swithing hotels, but then again after reading many threads over the years about the hotels I think I better stay put. What do you guys think?

Stay put IMHO. The vibe at SL should more than make up for a Jacuzzi. If you got El Rey, that is a great room, again IMO.

A friend and I are taking our first trip 11/14 -11/16. We wanted the suite at the SL it was booked so we decided to stay at the Freebird, looking for some people to show us the ropes.

Turns out I'll be in town also at this time, the 13th to 17th. I'm staying at the Amistad.

I am at the SL also, same dates. Staying in the new mansion wing. SL is the place to be in my opinion. I have been traveling to CR for 26 years on business and for fun. Meet me at the bar. I get in late that evening, around 11:00 pm.

I'll be on the 9 AM Continental flight out of IAH on the 13th too! I'll be in 28D for the flight. Maybe we'll get a chance to meet before or during the flight.

It's not a direct flight for me though. I leave SEA at about midnight to connect in IAH. I'll be having some breakfast at IAH before boarding.

I'm staying down the street at Hotel Castillo but I usually pop into SL from time to time.
