D2864,
When I saw the thread title, I thought "Oh no! Here we go again." The post or not to post or what to post debate has been worn out many times.
No matter how many times we discuss this issue there will always be "a select group" of classless guys, like you apparently, who figure just because these chicas are "hookers" they're somehow subhuman and therefore not worthy of our consideration of their feelings and desires. Maybe you figure it would be okay to rape them too? I don't know. The point is that there are people who feel strongly on both sides who are unlikely to change their views on the subject and that is just life.
When I opened the thread and read your post, I thought "Holy crap, this post really takes the cake." I've seen a lot of flawed logic from you before but this post might take the cake. Now you seem to be biting the hand that feeds you. If the only reason you joined the site is because of the photo gallery and you feel so ripped off than maybe you should just leave. Personally, like JOsie, I joined the site to support an enterprise that has given me so much whether it was free or not. The VIP forum, photo gallery and discounts are just bonuses. Or maybe you just like stirring up controversy by bringing up already thoroughly discussed subjects again and again. You seem to anticipate this with your new sigline "Attack the idea, not the person." So lets attack those ideas.
"There are lots of photos on this site, but most are old."
So? IF that is true, then post some of your own recent photos and rectify that situation. No one is stopping you. No one else owes anything to you or anyone else to post their own photos for your entertainment. (Mulletgutter and Paco have it right). Besides, Paco's analysis belies the basic premise of your entire argument because there are apparently really plenty of new photos
In fact, if it is just for your "entertainment" then it shouldn't really matter how new or old the photos are. If its for being able to assess the overall quality of "hookers" in CR, then it shouldn't necessarily matter how old the photos are either, except to the extent that overall quality changes. To be fair, there is a certain ebb and flow in quality, but things don't really change that much.
And finally, if the reason you want to see recent photos of hookers is because you want to be able somehow identify ones to look for when you go down, you're really barking up the wrong tree anyway. With the possible exception of some MP girls, trying to find a specific chica when you go down to CR is almost like looking for a needle in a haystack. There are some chicas who have been around for a while (and many of them HAVE photos in the gallery even if not the most recent ones) but many if not most really just come and go. You could have a pic of a girl you met last month and you may never see her around when you go next month. Even if chicas are still in the business their schedules are often so erratic, that you never know when they'll be around or, if they're around, when they'll be tied up with another guy. It is so much simpler to move on to the next girl since there are so many then to look for one specific one. Beyond that, if the purpose of photos is just for identification, then naked (or at least fully naked) pics aren't even really necessary. You're not going to see them naked in the bar so knowing whether they have a birthmark near their pu*sy really isn't going to help you pick them out from a crowd. A simple face pic should suffice to do that. And if you need to also get an idea of how attractive their body is, the body shot does not need to include full nudity. And those types of photos should be much easier to obtain permission to post.
But even with all this, what are you going to do? Memorize faces or bring down a photo line-up cheatsheet to compare faces against once you get in the bar? Basically, when you really get down to it, the only practical purpose for the gallery is really just for entertainment (and as some sort of "boasting trophy room" for the guys who post there).

Why? Because a select group of individuals have been very vocal about about posting photos of a chica without her explicit permission. There are numerous posts in the VIP section which have turned the tide on picture posting - it just isn't cool nowadays.
Another absurd and heavily biased statement. What happened to attacking the ideas and not the person? Who "selected" us or what makes us so "select"? Are you suggesting that we're just a tiny insignificant minority? Maybe we are and maybe we aren't, but if we're so small (or "select") then how do we get so much influence? Because we're "vocal"? Doesn't the supposed majority of members who don't feel as we do have just as many opportunities to speak their minds? In fact, the ONLY time I ever weigh in on this topic is when someone else, like you, brings it up and I'm responding to someone, like you, who made a post expressing the opposing view. Why do my "vocalizations" (and those of the other "select few") carry any more (or less) weight than yours? Maybe because our arguments make more sense and thus are more influential with other members. And why doesn't that supposed "silent majority" speak up? Perhaps they don't speak because they can't think of any valid counter-arguments either or justifications for posting photos w/o authorization.
Even if us "killjoys" are just a tiny but extremely vocal minority whose ideas are full of shit, how does that prevent you or anyone else from posting? Do you think that us extremists have set up some sort of posting police? For one thing, if you think posting pics carries such shame because the "select few" has made it uncool, pics CAN still be posted ANONYMOUSLY so that no one will ever know who the "uncool one" was who posted it. In fact, if pics are just posted for purposes of entertainment for other members or for identification rather than to show off, then there would never be any need to even attach your name to a photo even if there weren't any "shame" in doing so. Personally, I rarely if ever go into the photo gallery section so I'd have no idea at all who is posting, let alone whether those pics had been authorized or not. And I'm sure neither I or any other "do-gooder" ever asked to see a "consent form". In fact, the only people who really know whether a particular picture was authorized are the guy who took it and the chica who is in it (and the guy ain't gonna say it).
And that brings us to what is probably the real reason why fewer pics are being posted and it doesn't have anything to do with the "select group" of "do-gooders". Many chicas eventually find out that their pics are on-line. Although I do agree with 3rdW that "too many little bitches talk too much to chicas" (or show other guy's pics to chicas, or who even give out their passwords so the chicas can look them up themselves), I seriously doubt any do-gooder ever asked to see a written consent form (obvious hyperbole). Even though I'm a vocal "do-gooder" who disapproves of unauthorized posting, I can only control what I do and its not my role to police what other people choose to do. I'd still never snitch on a brother. I think those that do have moral issues of their own and I don't think they're really snitching out of any high-minded sense of morality but rather as some twisted attempt to curry favor with those chicas.
But however you feel about posting pics, or how chicas find out about those pics, the simple fact is that they do. And even if a chica didn't discover her pics here or even have any pics here, they all have a friend or acquaintance whose pictures were. Because of all the unauthorized posting that has been done in the past, many chicas are less willing to let their pictures be taken at all or, if they are, have wised up and now specify that they don't want those pics posted on-line. Even if guys think it is okay to post a pic as long as the chica did not specifically say one way or the other whether it was okay to do so, most guys have at least enough decency to respect a chica's wishes when she specifically does say she doesn't want any pics posted. And those guys are not just some "select few".
