haha my brother was LAFD and they had a water balloon launcher on the roof of a station house. he took me up there when i was like 12 and launced water balloons at the drunks aroung 5th ave.
that thing was like six feet across and it was awesome how accurate they were from a block away. hmmm wonder if matt would have a problem with me building one of those over 312? :?:

If your brother was a chopper and squirter (fireman) about 1979, maybe he remembers that old station at Second and Hill.
