Hey. LAXatives--Can we see Ward, Kuo and Broxton in the next and final game? That would be sooo sweet. How many 4 run innings do we have to put on you before you get the message ? Philly in no more than 6 games (Big-hearted fella that I am, I'll concede to y'all that you have maybe 1 more win.). GO PHILLIES

Think I saw PR doing the wave- he's wearing a blue shirt and his fake dreadlocks. :D

:D :D I don't know if that was him, although it could be :?: :?: The guy I thought was PR was clapping, and I think ( if I was lip reading correctly) saying here we go Dodgers, here we go

:D :D i think i saw PR waving one of those surrender flags last night   he'll probably use that as a spody rag to keep under his bed, so when he wakes up with a woody from dreaming of Manny he can snap off a gooey cheesestick into it, and not worry about soiling his smelly Nomar shirt  :D   :D

A big time kudos to our GM Mr, Gillick. He made a couple of mistakes( most notably trading for Freddy Garcia) but overall he's built winning clubs wherever he's been and Matt Stairs, a 40-y/o journeyman player was one of his acquisitions for the '08 Fightin' Phils. When he (Stairs) joined us, I was one to say "Who dat?". Proved his worth, didn't he? Can't wait for tonight--gonna be a dogfight whichever way it goes. Oh, and hey that little altercation? Been settled to everybody's satisfaction with no holdover resentment. Let the battle be joined.

Dear LAXatives--Maybe next year when some of that great young talent you have will make a difference. Rafael Furcal is most definitely gone (it might not be wise for him to go home tonight) and the other wheezers will be put out to pasture. So wish the NL entry luck in the Series--we'll need a measure of it against those hungry young tigers in Tampa. GO PHILLIES!

to PacoLoco--"Let's go Tampa"??? What's up with that?? What kind of NL loyalist are you? If the Eagles don't take the NFC East crown, I support whichever team does. I think your priorities are seriously skewed. Oh, and by the way if you come to visit, leave Fluffy at home--my 22-lb. Maine coon cat will tear it a new asshole.
