No, unfortunately Zona Blue is not yet open Sundays. As far as I know, New Fantasy IS open, but there are conflicting reports about the opening time. I would shoot for NOON.

Yes, there is one everyday, but you never know who is going to be there and you have to kinda ask around to find the guys. Just go to the little tables next to the windows near the bar and ask for Vegas Bob, or any of the CRT guys. You may have to ask a few guys, but there are almost always guys there at that time.
