For Latin america travelers there is a great list of destinations on the AA reduced mileage awards list this coming quarter. Included is SJO for the first times in two of three years. Also included is Puerto Plata DR, Medellin and Cali Colombia, Lima Peru, Panama City and numerous outhers. Up to 7500 miles off regular rates for citi advantage card members.rbc100

Can you clarify what you mean by this RBC? Are you saying you can get a flight for 7500 miles?

Special K , I went back and edited my post to make better sense. You get 7500 mles off regular mileage rates which is 22500 off peak and 27500 during peak times. Rates go up Nov. 15 to Jan. 15.rbc100

Ahh, ok. So instead of it costing 30K miles during off peak it'll be 22500 and instead of 35K peak, it would cost you 27500 for a free ticket.

Citibank lists the quarterely awards on their web site. You have to look up the code there and call AA to book at the reduced rate. You can put a fare on a miles hold and call in to actually book.rbc100
