Anyone have any experience with www.amigos.com ? Looks like they have a considerable number of women signed up from Costa Rica and wondering whether anyone has found this to be fertile ground for the tracking down of non-pro (or semi-pro) action.

I'm thinking about signing up for the one month trial ($9.99) and just wondering what experiences with it others have had.

Also interested in learning of other 2-4 hr places similiar to the Motel Eden, possibly someplace a little closer to the gulch.

Pura vida,

Jose

Amigos.com has been nothing short of a goldmine for me. I have been a member for about three years. Mostly you meet relationship minded non pros but you get some ones that like to get freaky right away as well. You just gotta work 'em. It helps if you speak fluent Spanish, which I do. Get the Gold membership it gets you more exposure and way more hits on your profile and make sure you put up some photos of yourself too. As far as Motel Eden goes when you pay you get 12 hours, get one of the suites, they are really nice inside. The Motel Tokyo/Asia is well.....a dump. If the Eden was set up like a regular hotel I would stay there, it really is that nice. Good luck

My favorite short time hotel is Hotel Ginori. About 5 blocks from DR. Del Teatro Nacional 425 meters Norte. On the way to Club 40. It's right next to Europa 2000. Tel: 248-0275 4mil for 3 hours. Not perfect, but clean. I've never had a bad experience there.

There is also a new one caddie corner to what is or used to be Lipstick's. Again, 4mil for 3 hours. Only a few rooms, but fairly nice and clean.

If you want to meet some non pros check at Latin Friends this Sat nite. For $45 you get open bar and a buffet and about 30 girls to check out.

It's 100 m north of KFC on Paseo Colon on left side in a pink building with a sign that says La Cason Columbian on it.

Eden is on the highway to Limon...1 km past the Radisson intersection on the left. Runs a little over $20 just for the room. Drinks/food optional and extra.
