Yes they have a formula and it's obviously "good enough" for them I was just saying if they became competitive with say the Presidente's biz model and update the smelly dirty rooms, stop losing reservations, actually get a reservation system in place, fix the elevator and buy Ricky Ricardo a clean shirt (or just fire him)

I think some of your comments are a bit dated. There has been some remodeling accomplished, the lost reservations appear to be a thing of the past, many of the Chinese paigow players have moved over to the horseshoe, the restaurant has been moved to the second floor away from the casino smoke and the last time I saw Ricky, a week ago, his shirt was clean.

They have recently raised the rate to $45.00 and seem to e full most nights.
All in all I think there business plan is sound and it is still the best deal around if you want to be in the heart of the gulch.
